1. Service Description

Mi Taller provides a platform for connecting users with independent automotive workshops. We do not own, operate, or control the workshops listed on the platform.

2. Free & Paid Listings

Independent workshops receive one (1) location listed on the platform for free. Additional locations require payment, requested via activaciones@mitaller.co.

3. Dealerships & Major Brands

Dealerships and large automotive brands (e.g., AutoZone) are not automatically listed. They must request inclusion via activaciones@mitaller.co and pay the applicable fee.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect, store, and process information to operate, improve, and personalize the platform, which may include targeted promotions and highlighting of workshops.

Data is retained unless a written deletion request is sent to Hello@mitaller.co.

5. Liability

Mi Taller acts solely as a listing and connection platform and is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or fulfillment of services provided by workshops.
