All workshop services, pricing, timelines, warranties, and guarantees are the sole responsibility of the respective workshop. Mi Taller does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality, legality, or safety of any service provided by workshops.

Users acknowledge and accept that:

• Mi Taller is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users and workshops.
• All service agreements, payments, and communications between the user and the workshop are independent of Mi Taller.
• Mi Taller may collect and process platform usage data to improve the service, personalize recommendations, and deliver targeted promotions.
• Personal data will be retained unless the user requests deletion in writing to Hello@mitaller.co.

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. Mi Taller reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or block access at its sole discretion.
